SAFE HARBOUR ADVISOR TO A SIGNIFICANT STATE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT.
We provided safe harbour advice to a significant State infrastructure project to assist in the development of a corporate structuring plan. Our role included review of financial and cashflow modelling, advice to other external advisors assisting the project and measurement of financial outcomes to ensure a better outcome for the project and key stakeholders.
