The Company owns the property operating under lease as the Albion Hotel, Parramatta. The secured creditor appointed Receivers and Managers.
The Receivers and Managers supervised the ongoing trading of the property while liaising with key stakeholders to successfully refinance the Property within 33 days of appointment.
We were able to provide a “light touch” to the receivership and provide flexible and timely solutions to deliver a successful outcome for the financiers, and the company.
