The Company was a holding entity of several operating businesses primarily operating in the financial services sector.

We supervised the ongoing trading of the Company managing key stakeholder interests.  We successfully refinancing the $7.7M secured debt within 36 days of our appointment.  Due to our understanding of the Group and relationships with key stakeholders, we were retained by the incoming financier to structure a creditor approved DOCA within 21 days at the second meeting of creditors.  The DOCA included a credit-bid of the secured debt for certain subsidiaries in the group.
