We were appointed Administrators of Gladstone and Celtic which jointly owned the Gladstone Central Shopping Centre located on the Dawson Highway, Gladstone QLD.

Prior to our appointment the incumbent Managing Controller sold the GSC being the primary asset of the Companies on or around March 2019. We were appointed by the Secured Creditor to notify all remaining creditors of our appointment, investigate the Companies affairs, request ASIC assistance in obtaining all books and records and prepare an Administrators Report to Creditors in which we recommended the Companies to be wound up.
