BIOGREEN ENERGY PTY LIMITED (SUBJECT TO DEED OF COMPANY ARRANGEMENT)
Voluntary Administrators / Deed Administrators of Biogreen Energy Pty Limited (“Biogreen”) located at Hunter Valley, NSW. Biogreen owned the Redbank Power Station, a coal powered 151MW power station. Our key roles were to investigate the source and application of funds, the sale process, and assist the purchaser with the implementation of the DOCA, secured contracts and recommissioning of the plant in the future.
