On 12 April 2022 FTI were appointed Receivers. Subsequently the subsidiary business and assets were sold and the Company ceased trading in August 2022.
On 13 November 2023 Wexted were appointed Administrators and on 5 December 2023 creditors appointed Wexted Liquidators. In the 27 November 2023 report to creditors, the Liquidators sought expressions of interest by 5 February 2024 to fund further investigations. No expressions of interest have been received to date.
On 12 December 2023 the Liquidators issued a Declaration of Worthless Shares for the Company (ASX:BUD).
