Senior Manager

Wexted Advisors are an independent and specialised restructuring firm that assist clients facing or exposed to business challenges or confronting complex transactions or situations. 

Opportunity for an experienced Insolvency Manager / Senior Manager (+10 years' experience) to obtain further advisory experience to ASX Listed Boards, special situations and complex insolvency work with support to work towards becoming a registered liquidator.    

Opportunity for an experienced Insolvency Manager / Senior Manager to develop their advisory skills and continue to enhance their formal insolvency skills (corporate only).

In this role you will be required to:

• Prepare and deliver safe harbour advisory reports to ASX listed boards; 

• Assist the engagement partner with the delivery of special situation projects;

• Own the responsibility of the day-to-day management of companies in complex receivership, administration and liquidation, typically across;

• Deal with and reporting to creditors, banks and statutory authorities;

• Complete investigations into the financial affairs of distressed companies; and

• Lead and continue to develop a team of motivated professional staff.

The successful candidate will have:

• +10 years insolvency experience;

• CA and ARITA qualified;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Motivated, strong work ethic and flexibility to the challenges of working in a professional environment;

• Solid technical and modelling skills;

• Strong team orientation with a focus towards training and developing staff;

• Excellent leadership skills; and
